The ones that got away

We needed to raise awareness of the On Business loyalty programme while demonstrating BA’s commitment to small businesses. So we decided to turn all On Business press ads, emails and leaflets into free adverts for a selection of small firms. The campaign helped shift more clocks, barbecues and paint, while subscriptions to BA’s rewards programme rocketed by 350%.
